When you have grandchildren it doesn't take much to have a "Proper Tea"

Tea cups and saucers,

"Tea" (which is usually their favorite whether it be milk, water, or juice)

Cookies, Scones, or some food you can eat with your hands(Chloe now wants to have CHOCOLATE at her tea parties)

"Dress Up" clothes (Kaleah and Chloe wore "tutus" and Chloe wore wings - MaMaw & Gram were a little "underdressed")

Guests that you love and want to be with

I think we had a very Proper Tea for Kaleah's first Tea Party!
